School Policies
At the time of admission, the admission fee and development charges must be paid as per school norms. Parents are advised to confirm the fee structure for the current academic session from the school notice board.
After admission, school fees are payable for two months together, except for January, February, and March, for which the fee must be deposited together in January. Fees must be paid by the 10th of every month.
A late fee of Rs. 5 per day will be charged after the 11th. Failure to clear dues within the specified time may result in the student’s name being struck off the rolls. Bus users must deposit bus charges for all 12 months.
Every student must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible to appear in the annual examination. Regular attendance is essential for academic progress.
No leave will be granted without a written application duly signed by the parent or guardian. Absence without leave for more than six consecutive days may lead to removal of the student’s name from the school rolls.
Parents are required to give one month’s notice for withdrawal of their ward, failing which one month’s fee in lieu of notice will be charged. Suspension may occur due to indiscipline, unsatisfactory progress, or unfair practices.
A brother/sister concession of Rs. 50 is granted to the younger sibling. A 5% concession is also available for students who deposit tuition fees for all months at the time of admission.
In all circumstances, fees are charged for 12 months of the academic year. Fee deposit timings at the school office are from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal of the student from the school.
